Now that we have had our new Class A for a few weeks, we found some items that just were not working as expected. Maintenance needed to be planned very carefully since we full time in ours. We were able to get an 8am appointment with our dealer. The plan was to leave it with them all day to allow time to check the various items we had found.
Being an hour and half from home by 8am would be hard. We found a Love’s RV stop just around the corner from the dealer. We were excited. Beth wanted to make some trucker friends! But it was not to be… The “campground” was in a separate area from the truckers. 🙁
We decided that since we were close to Mt Airy again, we would drop off Smokey and spend the day in town. We had lunch at Barney’s Cafe, did some shopping on Main Street, went to the Andy Griffith Museum, and the Siamese Twins (Eng and Chang Bunker) Museum.
